Celebrate AAPI Heritage month by learning to make Chicken Adobo, an amazing Filipino dish! MPL Librarian, Jennie, and their mother, Myrna will demonstrate how to make their favorite, traditional dish using an Instant Pot. Once it finishes cooking, we will all taste this dish with rice.
