Reserve a Room (by room)

The Auditorium is located on the second floor on the east side of the library near the Administration Offices. Furnishings consist of 42 chairs setup for theater style seating and an additional 25 chairs are arranged around a conference table. Additional tables and chairs available upon request. The Auditorium is available for public use. Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person.

The Collaboration Space & Classroom is located on the first floor on the west side of the building in the Technology Center. Furnishings consist of 11 Windows 10 computers with high-speed access and Office 2019, as well as three whiteboards, and two tables that can seat up to eight users in the back of the room. The instructor area includes a workstation, whiteboard, and TV. The Collaboration Space & Classroom is available for public use. Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person.

This Groesbeck Room is located on the second floor on the west side of the library near the Reference Desk. Furnishings consist of four tables and surrounding chairs.

The Groesbeck Room is available for public use, but reservations must be made in advance. This meeting room cannot be reserved the day of, as it’s used as a designated study space. Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person.

Study Room 1 is located on the second floor on the west side of the library near the Reference Desk. Furnishings consist of one table per room and surrounding chairs. The Study Rooms are available for public use, but they must be reserved online or at the Reference Desk.
