Librarians will present an active storytime for children ages 3 and up, with books on the big screen, action rhymes, parachute time and music. Storytime is great for helping children develop early literacy skills.

Saturday storytimes combine the best elements of all our storytimes to suit a wide range of ages so that the whole family can attend together. We will read stories, sing songs, learn rhymes and dance to music with shakers.

Let's build together! 3rd-6th graders will build a new structure each week using the library's Legos. Socialize with other kids and use your imagination! 

Join us for informal evenings of chess. Volunteers will be available to help players of all levels learn chess basics and try different strategies. Chess Night is more social than competitive, so plan to have fun and make new friends.

Tin cans, a nail and a hammer. With these we will create an illuminating lantern with decorative sky-themed stencils or other designs! Attach wire to hang the light indoors or outdoors.
