The StoryWalk® Downtown is a self-directed activity. Starting at the library's north windows on Poyntz Avenue, take a walk with your child downtown while reading pages from the book Mermaid Dreams by Kate Pugsley! Look for book pages in the windows of downtown businesses. After completing the walk, stop by the library for a small prize. Sponsored by Downtown Manhattan Inc. and Manhattan Public Library.
