Purpose of Meeting

Join us for a special event as Meadowlark introduces a new community program. The Cancer Program is a supportive, community-centered initiative designed for individuals navigating cancer and their care partners.

We’re honored to welcome Stephanie Johnson, PT, MPT, as our featured speaker. Stephanie is a Kansas native and a highly experienced physical therapist who has worked in a wide range of settings over her career. She holds certifications in functional applied science and oncology rehabilitation and co-founded Maximum Performance Physical Therapy and Fitness with her husband, Scott, in 2011.

Stephanie’s presentation, A Multi-Disciplinary Approach to Your Cancer Journey, will offer insight into how a team-based strategy—integrating physical therapy, emotional support, medical care, and more—can enhance healing and quality of life during and after cancer treatment.

This event is free and open to the public—no registration required! Light refreshments will be served.

Whether you're living with cancer, supporting someone who is, or simply want to learn more, come be part of this growing community of support, connection, and hope.
