All picture book lovers are invited to the inaugural Mock Pura Belpré on Saturday, Nov. 16, from 12-1:30 pm at the Manhattan Public Library. Attend in person or virtually via Zoom. Join us to chat about your favorite Latinx picture books of 2024 and vote on which author and illustrator you think will win a Pura Belpré Award before the American Library Association announces the winners in January.
